Rudimentary economic understanding (e.g., a basic grasp of the Law of Supply and Demand) is helpful, but our discussion will largely be confined to law rather than to economics.  As a result, no special expertise in business, commerce, or economic theory is required. The same applies to business or corporate experience.

Any materials put at your disposal should be read in order to enhance discussions in class.
