Sara Wissmann is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Public International Law at the Department for Legal Theory, International and European Law, Faculty of Law, University of Salzburg.
She will present on "Reparations for the transatlantic trade in Africans for chattel slavery: CERD’s construction of ‘continuing breaches’".
