Amy Held
Amy was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019 and has maintained an academic specialisation in the private law aspects of cryptoassets and decentralised ledger technologies from national English law, comparative law, and private international law perspectives since 2017. This falls within a broader research focus on property law in the cross-border and international contexts. Amy is actively involved with domestic and international legislative initiatives, whilst continuing to publish and lecture widely in both the academic and practitioner contexts. She currently leads a law reform project on digital assets and electronic trade documents in private international law at the Law Commission of England and Wales.
