The OSCE Court of Conciliation and Arbitration will present the recently published book “Conciliation in International Law – The OSCE Court of Conciliation and Arbitration” on 20 March 2017 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna. The volume, edited by Brill, collects the materials underlying the International Colloquium “Conciliation in the Globalized World of Today”, held on 11 and 12 June 2015 in Vienna. The aim of the colloquium was to examine the merits and possible shortcomings of this method of conflict resolution. It concluded that the pros heavily outweigh the cons. The volume draws the attention to everyone dealing with conflict managements to those advantages.
