I am a research assistant on Asylum and Migration Law at the Austrian Federal Chamber of Labour. I studied law in Vienna and Madrid (2010-2014). In 2015, I received a Doctoral Fellowship of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) for my doctoral thesis at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the University of Vienna (2016-2019). During this time, I completed research stays in Giessen (Germany) and Madrid (Spain). My thesis deals with regularisations of irregularly staying migrants and compares the existing regularisations established in the domestic laws of Austria, Germany and Spain (Open-Access Englisch here and German here). I was a re:constitution Fellow 2021/22. and publish widely on issues of Public Law, EU Law and International Law. I am teaching at the University of Vienna, currently at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law.
