Curriculum Vitae
Susanne Brück studied law from 2017 to 2023 at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, completed her studies with the First State Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, and pursued her specialisation in the field of “Comparative Law, European and International Harmonisation of Law, Private International Law, and Cross-Border Commercial Transactions.”
Since January 2024, she has been working as a university assistant to Univ.-Prof. Dr. Lehmann, D.E.A. (Paris II), LL.M., J.S.D. (Columbia) at the Institute for European, International, and Comparative Law at the University of Vienna.
She is currently pursuing her doctorate on the completion of the European Banking Union and its third pillar, from a comparative perspective of the European Deposit Insurance Scheme and the reform of the CMDI framework.
Her research focuses on banking and financial market law, with particular emphasis on European and international aspects, as well as on international dispute resolution.
