Should National Courts be Co-opted as Investment Courts?
Dr. Gáspár-Szilágyi's research interests include EU Investment Law, EU External Relations Law and International Economic Law. He holds a PhD from Aarhus University (Denmark) and an LLM from Maastricht University (the Netherlands). He has taught and researched at Amsterdam University, The Hague University and was a visiting scholar at Michigan University. He has published in The Journal of World Investment and Trade, European Investment and Arbitration Law Review, European Law Review, Common Market Law Review, etc.
